The Battle for the Best Radio station!!! Part 1

Radio Htrae

   Hello hello!!! Welcome back to Radio Htrae!!!  The only radio station that has a name that makes no sense!!! That's right folks! No sense, only on Radio Htrae!!! This is a special report for " The Battle for the Best Radio Station", and it is obvious that Radio Htrae will win because a killer report is coming in three seconds. Two. One. Zero! The War of 1812 finally came to an end!!! That's right! No more hurting Mother Earth! (me) Britain is not attacking Napoleon anymore! It all happened because an amazing treaty! Ooh! A treaty! How exiting! (no joking there) The treaty was called " The Treaty of Ghent" and it was signed  on the 24 of December, 1914 in Belgium! The British got their territory and the American's got their's. What a happy ending folks! I just love it when there is more love in the world! But it was not over yet!!! There was still more to come! That's right! The British Colonies still had one more thing to do. Wait for it! Any time now... Ready? Huh? Really ready! Ok. Here it comes....................... They still had to decide how to punish the ones that helped the Americans in war!!! Yup!!! You heard that first on Radio Htrae!!! Not Radio Radio, but Radio Htrae. H.T.R.A.E. Upper Canada's Legislative Assembly created the Alien Act. This was made so it would be illegal to go to the United States after the war, in 1812. But not a lot of people listened to that act because, well, it was just an act!!! I don't know why my people make acts of death, or worse! Some people were going against the rules and I think that that was not a good move at all. First of all, you can't get away with it!!! There is someone always watching you!!! Maybe it is someone who's name rhymes with "you"......... I will leave that up to you to figure out, and if you get the answer, quickly come back to us, tell us the answer and you could be close to get a special prize! But the only way to get the prize is to answer the question: Who could be always watching and his (hint hint) name rhymes with "you". Now back to the report!!! Not the back of the report, but to go back to the report!!! Aaaah! I just can't give a good description of what I want to say! It's killing me!!!!!!!!! You don't know how it feels!!!! Noooo! Ok. Please! If this happened on radio, then I am going to tell you this... Help the people in need!!! Do it for Mother Earth!!!! Ok. So now the report. A lot of people got caught because of the act, and they didn't go to jail, they went somewhere else! To a dirty jail!!! I'm just kidding. They were sentenced to death! Death! You don't know how death feels!!! Well, the only person I know is the old Charles, the French villager that wrote some blog entries in the beginning. But death! Why?! Because the people broke the act's rules and they had to pay! Oooh. Those poor people! For some, their property was taken away!!! Shocking! There was also hanging people involved!!! Ooh! And I thought the war was over! War!!! ( I'm not surprised )

War! War! I am serious... The Americans just came and attacked!!! That is not nice. They want too much in my opinion! It was October 25, 1813, and I had to fight extra!!! I just had a breack from war and they put me back in for the work! But it was hard! The Americans really wanted to invade Montreal! I am surprised they just came in like that! But then those American troops made me laugh!!! Ha! They got some of their own troops during the war!! Ha, ha!!! But still, that is not the reason that they retreated because we had more troops then them... because we are better then the Americans!!! That is so, so, so, so true!!! But after that, in the year of 1814, there was another war!!! But it was worse. First, it was with the Americans... again!!!!!!!!! Second, it was dark, so you could hardly see anything!!! So that brings me to my next point. We even sometimes shot our own people, again. It was horrible!!! I sometimes wonder if I shot my buddy, George. Anyway, I think we, the British won because, we won. But no!!! The Americans think they won, and of course, they didn't win! They just didn't win! I tell you they didn't, and you probably think I am crazy, but it is totaly true!!! I can complain with you as long as I want!!! British, win. Americans, lose. British, yes. Americans, no. Yes. Not no, but yes the Americans lost. Yes. And yes to the British. Like seriously, really, the truth is what you are hearing right now!!! The British, no. The Americans of course a big yes!!! Yup... I mean no!! No! No! Not at all! Mistake!!! Mistake was made people!!!! The British won!!! The British! Yes. Thats  right............ Well, mayeby I went too far a bit. The truth of the truth is that it was kind of a tie. That is the truth now. So I hope you understand me now. I guess this is the end, but I will come back again to debate with you... Ok!?

Radio Radio is here folks!!!!

Yellow ye maties!!!I am your host for "Radio Radio". You might think I am ye pirate now because of ye accent!!!! Well guess what. I just did that for fun!!!! Ha Ha Ha!!! Ok, now back to the radio!!!! Radio Radio is a lot better than "Htrae" because we get our news faster and better and faster and even better than any news you heard, because our news is faster and better!!! So here is our "Quick news report" (QNR) It was found out that there was a man named John Strachan, and he was born in 1778 in Scotland. 1778!!!!!! You heard me right folks!!! 1778! Yup. Just remember, you heard that from... Radio Radio!!! During 1812, on the year that the war of 1812 was, he became the chaplain for the troops. That must of been a bad job for him! But the important part is that he actualy negotiated the surrender of York when it got invaded, and he gave better for the citizens. Wow!!!!! Shocking! Shocking news! This was from Radio Radio, first!!! This is why it is better than Radio Htrae and I am not wrong. Stay tuned to Radio Radio for more. There is a new tv series called "The Warriors" on A.D.A.M T.V with all the heroes from the war of 1812!!! All the action! Starring Richard Pierpoint, the expert in the First Nations-style warfare! The first episode will show how he orginized a Black Military with fighting, action, fighting and more action!!! But wait, just wait, there is more and more!!!! There will also be the one and only... Laura Secord!!!! Du nu nuuuuu!!!! She helped the whole colony by overhearing some men talking about how they are going to attack, and the hero comes to the rescue!!!! Da na naaaaaaaaaaaa! Htrae (Earth) Radio station # 2

Hello! Hello, hello, hello!!! Welcome to Htrae Radio station!!! This is the second time I am, Mother Earth, making another radio announcement! Right now, a man named Brock has a job of being the head of the British forces, in Canada!!! Shocking stuff! He attacked a lot of places, and then he joined forces with Tecumseh to attack on an American fort!!! And, the American head of that army surrendered!!!! That's that folks! That meant great power for the British, of course, but a little later, Brock died. Oooh, the sadness. That is that for now folks! What a mistake!!!!

General Isaac Brock made a huge mistake! He wasn't ready with the attack of the Northwest Army! He just waited for a chance to be commander in Europe!!! Europe! Really!? Aren't we all in North America, not in Europe! What do I care about what is in Europe! I just fight in the army in North America. Brock wanted to fight with Napoleon, and we, the troops, get attacked! Right now, I am just scarred of another American invasion!!! This time, I will do what I want, in a secret way. So I don't get in trouble!!! Wish me luck!!!

Hello, hello, hello!!!!This is Mother Earth here!!! Hi! I just started this new radio station that I will be on and it is called: Htrae! ( it is "earth' backwards) It is a reaaly good station. You could her all the latest news on what is happening o Earth. That's me!!! I'm the expert here. Ok, so here is the latest news!!!! In North America, France and Britain want to have a war! How Horrible!!! There is probably going to be a lot of damage done to the Earth, and that could change the world!!! Yup. So, the British, they put ships along the water so the French can't go through!! That is good! I love it when my waves are moving!!! Some people think that some land in Ohio Valley should be part of the United States. That will be interesting! So then, a war was declared!!!!! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!! No! Nooo!!!
