Dear ...........,
I became the leader of the First Nations!!! We are going to party all day! I also made an alliance with the First Nations and we are all protecting our land from settlers. We also took over some British Forts because they tried taking our land! Those rats!!! Sadly, we had to leave our new land because the winter is coming, and it is going to be bad! Because of this, I had to make peace with the British cause the have land right beside our's. Last night, I overheard the British taking about issuing a royal proclamation, and I never heard that before in my life!!! I hope anyone who reads this letter will tell me the definition of "royal proclamation" and I hope things become better between us, First Nations and the British. First Nations leader, Pontinac

The purpose of the proclamation is to organize our new North American empire and to stabilize relations with you Native North Americans through regulation of trade, settlement, and land purchases on the western frontier. Kay.
ReplyDeleteIt has been an interesting year, at first the British were are enemies and now they are our allies. we barley have any where to live, because people keep moving in to our land. I don't want to know what is going to happen next.
